Sales Appointment Coordinator - Part Time

In your role as a Sales Appointment Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contact all assigned leads to set up first assessments and all other sales appointments
  • Act as primary point of contact for all incoming callers
  • Make outgoing calls/send text messages to leads in an attempt to set appointments – soft selling skills not required, but preferred!
  • Work with sales consultants to maintain a cohesive and manageable schedule
  • Set up and maintain homeowner accounts within Pipedrive
  • Send out mailers to inquiring homeowners
  • Complete office tasks as needed (filing, tracking inventory, organization of inventory, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
  • Strong computer and typing skills necessary – experience working within Google Docs is required
  • Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working on a multi-line phone system is preferable
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
